Fourth Annual e30 Gathering

WHEN Saturday - Sunday October 13th - 14th 2012

WHERE Hagan-Stone Park Campground Dogwood Ln, Pleasant Garden, NC, 27313

 

This is a 2-day event for those people who want to camp out and stay overnight. However, Saturday will be the main day. Even, if you're unable to join us for the entire weekend, make sure to come Saturday for the show, awards, swap meet and other fun e30 activities.

ITINERARY

Saturday 12:00 Meet and Greet (set up and unpack) 1:00 Lunch, Show, Swap Meet (walk around, fish, enjoy the day) 5:00 Awards (for people who are not staying overnight, park closes at sunset) 7:00 Campfire and Dinner (slow grilled dinner, smores and hot chocolatte)

Sunday 9:00 Morning Scenic Drive (take a drive to a breakfast location) 10:00 Breakfast (local dive-in, bring cash) 11:00 Clean Up (pack up and goodbyes) 12:00 Go Home

 

The shelter and the campground are rented overnight.

Make sure to check out the NCe30 Group's Facebook page at the bottom of this page. Get in touch with locals and post your needs and the parts you're willing to trade or sell.

 

 

REGISTRATION

Every year attendance has grown and it only makes financial sense to start making people pitch in. Here's how we'll raise the money for it.

• $5 per person- Saturday Lunch with 2 Oktoberfest Stickers

• $10 per person- Saturday Lunch, Camping and Oktoberfest Stickers

ALCOHOL RULES

Alcoholic beverages are allowed only inside of the shelter and your tents.

Bring your own GERMAN alcohol. If you don't see umlauts anywhere on the label, chances are, it isn't German.
